St Patrick's Day Feast

I've got my St.Patrick's Day feast all planned out. Of course it includes Guinness. But it will also feature:

A variety of Irish Cheeses
Whiskey Glazed Corned Beef
Steak and Guinness Pie
Colcannon
Boxty
Irish Brown Bread
Chocolate Guinness Pie
