Glendalough, Ireland

Yet another installment of my trip to Ireland. Lots of info and a few photos of the monastic site of Glendalough, founded in the 6th century. It has a beautiful round tower and lovely church.

Here's a photo I took of the girls sitting on "steps" over the rock wall. It was cold, sleeting and windy that day. But what did we care? We were in Ireland!
