Happy St. Patrick's Day!
If you're not one for green beer go over to Fab Food Friday and adopt a bit of the Emerald Isle to place on your dinner table tonight.
My Irish feast was wonderful, thanks for asking. It included Irish Brown Bread, Steak & Guinness Pie served on top of Boxty, imported Irish cheeses, Colcannon and Whiskey Glazed Corned Beef. We also had Guinness, Smithwick's and a couple choices of hard cider. Oh, and Guinness Chocolate Cake.(Who's sorry they didn't come?)

wow, yum! We had sliced corned beef from the Wal-mart Deli & Mashed tato's and I called it Irish. Yours looks a LOT better *S* Atleast I made an attempt, right?
