So Nice to Have Her Home

Brenna had a great time with her grandma this past weekend. One-on-one time with the woman who spoils you rotten... What's not to enjoy?

My understanding is that they went to an exercise class, saw baby horses and goats, filled bird feeders multiple times- whether they needed it or not- gardened and cooked creme brulee. Whew!

When Brenna got home Sunday morning I was in the office trying to ready myself to go upstairs to begin preparing brunch. Brenna came rushing into the room with a bouquet of flowers and a big hug for me.

"Happy Mother's Day!", she said.

Happy Mohter's Day, indeed.
