Doug is self-employed. Before we got together he set up an S corporation which, while a great move, requires additional paperwork that must be sent to the IRS prior to the tax deadline of April 15.
If you have recently set up an S corporation or are thinking about it make sure you do your homework and know what you need to do to keep it all legit.
Because while it can really save you- both money and your personal life- it can be confusing. Trust me-I’m still learning.

Good reminder. We're an S Corp at the gallery, too. Every year I have to circle MARCH 15 on the calendar for tax time.
