It's 5 o'clock somewhere.
IS that from a local brewery?
Heck no ... my Happy Hour always begins about 3pm. We eat dinner about 5 ... so I have a drink or three while I'm finishing up work, greet the kids from school with a snack and get dinner made. It's my "special" time. LOL!!
