For More Than Toast?

We've got a wedding to attend soon and I've yet to get a gift for the happy couple. In looking through their gift list I see that a toaster oven has been requested and purchased. (A nice one if toasterovensguide.com is to be believed.) Not a bad idea for a young couple. I remember absolutely loving the toaster oven I had when I was in my ealry 20's.

Hmmm, I wonder if we should get one? Especially those new convection types... It might be nice for lunches in the winter- no heating the big oven...

But I ramble... Since the toaster oven is taken I was thinking about some sort of toaster oven accessory. Maybe a special pan for it... or those silicone baking thingies. Thoughts? Suggestions?
