This Got Me Thinking

I read in our local paper the other day that one of my favorite restaurants- The Melting Pot- is looking for franchisees in our area. Now, I'm an OK cook but there is no way I desire to be a chef. But this... Heck, no cooking involved, it's all prep work. And every time I've been to one of their restaurants they are packed and have a waiting list for cancellations.

Of course opening a chain restaurant costs big bucks. But today I happened upon this website specializing in restaurant business loans.

So this gets my mind working...
